We want you to feel confident in your GOI Swimwear pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed or tampered with.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
